Job Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Blackstone Medical Services team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization, focused on sleep apnea diagnostics. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their unique requirements and source candidates who align with Blackstone’s commitment to patient-centered care, integrity, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and industry referrals, positioning Blackstone as an employer of choice in the health sector.

Collaboration:

‍Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build recruitment strategies that align with Blackstone’s mission and goals in the healthcare field.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, coordinating interviews to ensure our team is equipped with high-quality, patient-focused professionals.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates, fostering a sense of camaraderie and aligning with Blackstone’s values and vision.

Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on hiring trends, competitor activity, and the local labor market, offering insights to refine our recruitment strategy in the healthcare space.

Reporting: Track and report on recruiting metrics, providing insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Blackstone’s hiring process.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in recruitment is required, preferably within a fast-paced or healthcare-related environment. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals is required.

Personality: Outgoing, dynamic, and motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A true people person who thrives on building relationships and connecting with diverse individuals.

Skills: Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with a solid understanding of recruiting best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.

Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and proactively pursue qualified candidates who align with Blackstone’s patient-focused approach.

Location: Must reside in the Tampa, FL area.
